OACTIVE® 2
OActive® 2 Osteoarthritis Knee Brace is a lightweight, and low-profile upright osteoarthritis knee brace with unique varus / valgus angle adjustment to optimize pain relief. Laterally applied frame and hinge corrects for either medial or lateral compartment and avoids contralateral limb contact during gait.
The unique Q-joint is adjusted clockwise or counterclockwise to achieve the desired relief. Start with the orthosis in the neutral position, with the knee bent at 90º, and turn 1/8 turn at a time to adjust the relief. OActive® 2 can also be set to limit the range of motion for extension and flexion independently. The orthosis can also be set for free movement. Comes with 5º stop installed.
Available in Set-Fit or Push Button Buckle System in either:
• Standard hinge for patients weighing under 136Kgs
• Heavy Duty hinge for patients weighing over 136Kgs
